He studied Finance and Marketing at the University of Michigan and previously served as a law enforcement officer in the United States — giving him a disciplined, mission-driven approach to managing teams and resources. At Innova, he oversees budgeting, performance tracking, and internal operations, ensuring the consultancy remains efficient, agile, and results-driven.

Mark leads Innova’s business development, strategic partnerships, and regional expansion. With a degree in Biomedical Health Sciences and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Purdue University, USA, he brings a unique blend of medical insight and entrepreneurial strategy. He is also the CEO and Founder of ClinicSaver, a digital platform helping clinics fill unbooked appointments through real-time booking and dynamic pricing. Mark’s role is instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, securing client relationships, and driving Innova’s presence across the healthcare sector.

Massa supports Innova’s internal operations while pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration at a top Canadian university in Dubai. She assists with research, workflow management, and special projects, bringing a fresh perspective and strong work ethic to the team.
